Thousands of migrants cross into Spain’s tiny Ceuta territory, some die in journey

Thousands of migrants hoping to get to Europe swam or crossed from Morocco to Spain’s Ceuta territory, with over a dozen dying in the process. Spanish officials are sending more law enforcement to the area as they attempt to control the flow of migrants and “restore normality.”
